General Volunteer - I'm open to any opportunities!

Custard, Cookout & Clubs - held during the Great Start Conferences before school starts, generally at the end of August - help with table set up and take down and distributing food

Fall FUNdraiser - help with color run or dunk tank

Fall Scholastic Book Fair - held during fall conferences - assist with set up, sales during the school day or conferences and take down

Holiday Kick Off - held in mid November - assist with set up, run a craft table, guest check in, food service, take down

Spring fundraiser - usually a coin race - assist with collection of coins, set up and take down, updating the schools

Teacher Appreciation week - assist in lunch set up and other activities throughout the week - usually in May

Office support - making copies of flyers and distributing to teachers, delivering directories to schools, etc.

Event Planning and executing - an opportunity to co-chair an event during the year with a PTO Board member - a great opportunity for someone to get involved short term without a long term commitment!

My business would like to be a partner for an event with the PTO

Community Partnerships Coordinator (Builds local partnerships, community outreach)

Marketing (Manages website, social media, newsletters, event promotion)

School Liasion (Connects PTO with school staff, shares updates, supports events)

Secretary (Takes meeting notes, organizes documents, coordinates volunteers)

Treasurer (Manages budget, tracks spending, reports finances)

Not interested in being a Board member at this time.
