Meet the Pewaukee PTO Board

Melissa Doll
Melissa and her husband, Quentin, have three children: Zach (2nd grade), Lexi (2nd grade), and Emma (1st grade). Melissa grew up in Pewaukee and attended school in the Pewaukee School District. She has spent her career working in education and volunteering in the community. The Dolls enjoy spending time outside, attending sporting events, and traveling. Melissa is looking forward to continuing her role on PTO Board this school year.

Michelle Raciti
Michelle and her husband, Michael have two daughters, Elena (entering 1st grade) and Kelsey (entering K5). Michelle grew up in Wauwatosa and moved to Pewaukee 7 years ago. She has a Bachelors Degree in Educational Psychology and a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology. She has worked for Milwaukee Public School System, Wisconsin's Division of Vocational Rehabilitation and private companies helping children, adults and families. She is currently a stay and home mom and enjoys volunteering at Pewaukee Lake Elementary. She is looking forward to being more involved in the Pewaukee School District by joining the PTO board. Michael is an Ophthalmologist at Eye Care Specialists. Michelle and her family enjoy traveling, outdoor activities and spending time with friends and family.

Michele Kitson Ikusz
Michele and her husband, Pete have twin boys, Thomas and Johnathan, who are entering 5th grade. Michele grew up in Southeastern Wisconsin. She works as a development director for St Marcus Schools in Milwaukee. She enjoys running and is currently on her second year of a running streak. The boys play soccer, tennis and chess. Michele has been an active volunteer at Pewaukee Lake Elementary and is looking forward to extending her service activity by joining the PTO board.

Stephanie Freiboth
Stephanie and her husband, Rob, have two kids, Connor (entering 5k) and Evelyn (entering 3rd grade). Stephanie attended Pewaukee School District and after a few in state moves the family landed back in familiar territory. She is excited to serve as a PTO board member, experiencing the amazing district from a different perspective as a parent. She is the owner of an HR Consulting & Career Strategy company called My Empowered Career. She enjoys camping, coffee, volunteering and a good book. As a family, the Freiboth's enjoy outdoor adventures, family movie/game nights and backyard bbq's.

Stephanie Gordon
Stephanie and her husband, Eric, have two children: Zach (1st grade) & Molly (Kindergarten) Stephanie grew up in Delafield, but has resided in Pewaukee for the past 8 years. She has a marketing degree and now runs her own photography business.When Stephanie is not busy working, she dedicates her free time to her children's extracurricular activities. She accompanies her daughter to horseback riding lessons, while also cheering on her son during his baseball and basketball games. Stephanie looks forward to serving on the PTO Board and becoming more involved within the school district.

Kaylyn Schmidt
Kaylyn and her husband, Greg, have two kids, Reid (class of 2032) and Claire (class of 2035). Kaylyn was a middle school teacher and high school volleyball coach for 10 years in Oconomowoc. In their free time as a family, the Schmidts enjoy spending as much time as possible on the lake, snowboarding, snowmobiling, hiking, playing board games and watching their kids in soccer and gymnastics. Pewaukee has proved to be a great place to raise a family and Kaylyn is excited for more school and community involvement as a member of the Pewaukee PTO Board!

Jen Gorski
Jen and her husband, Mark, have three children: Carter (4th), Kennedy (2nd) and Connor (1st). Jen grew up in Glendale and attended Marquette University where she obtained her bachelor's degrees in both Accounting and Finance. Jen worked for Fiserv until deciding to stay home with the kids. She now does the accounting for Summit Commercial Real Estate which is her husband's company. Their family loves to spend summer weekends boating on Pewaukee Lake, biking and camping. Jen loves golf, yoga and volunteering. She is really looking forward to being more involved in the district and especially at Horizon.
