Briana Schnittke
Briana Schnittke and her husband, Joe, have two children, Alyssa and Noah. Briana grew up in Genese and moved to Pewaukee 5 years ago. She has a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Carroll College and Reading License from Cardinal Stritch.She has previously worked in Milwaukee schools, but next year will be working at Merton Primary School. In the summer she runs the Pewaukee Yacht Club. Her and her family enjoy traveling, baseball (playing and watching), along with spending time swimming in their pool. Briana is excited to continue to be involved in the school district as the PLE liaison for the PTO.
Michelle Raciti
Michelle and her husband, Michael have two daughters, Elena and Kelsey. Michelle grew up in Wauwatosa and moved to Pewaukee 8 years ago. She has a Bachelors Degree in Educational Psychology and Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology. She has worked for the Milwaukee Public School System, Wisconsin's Division of Vocational Rehabilitation and private companies helping children, adults and families. Michelle served as the PTO's secretary for one year before transitioning into the Vice President role. Michelle is excited to continue strengthening the connection between Pewaukee schools and the community. Michelle and her family enjoy traveling, outdoor activities and spending time with family and friends.
Dustin Bakalars
Dustin and his wife Nicole have two children in the Pewaukee School District: Sandler (Class of 2035) and Berklee (Class of 2036). Dustin and his family moved to Pewaukee in 2022. With a strong head for numbers and a big heart for his community, Dustin enjoys supporting school events and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes. He double majored in Accounting and Finance and is a CPA. His professional expertise brings precision and accountability to the PTO's financial planning. In his free time, Dustin enjoys spending time with his family, cheering on all Wisconsin and Pewaukee sports, and traveling.

Allie Remiker
Allie Remiker is the mother of Aiden, Tristan, and Corbin. Allie and her husband, Zach moved with their family to Pewaukee in 2021, and are thrilled to call it home. She works at Children's Wisconsin as a Pediatric Hematologist. They've enjoyed getting to know the community and appreciate the beautiful lakes and all that Lake Country has to offer. Allie joined the Pewaukee PTO because she is passionate about children's education. Pewaukee schools are exceptional, and she wanted to be part of the vision to connect the community with our schools. The role of community and belonging is so important to a child's health and Allie looks forward to providing structure and resources for our children.
Holly Nurbun
Holly has one son, her pride and joy, Weston. Holly’s love for volunteering and the Pewaukee School District has led her to serve on the PTO Board. She has been an avid volunteer for the past few years, volunteering at any opportunity in classroom
activities, field trips, and PTO special events. Holly is excited to be involved in educational experiences for Horizon students. She hopes her passion for helping others makes a positive difference in the daily activities within Horizon and the Pewaukee
School District. Holly is a die-hard Brewers fan who loves summer sunshine and a good ball game. She also enjoys fall bonfires, football Sundays, binge-watching good TV
series, and sharing movie and game nights with Weston.
Amanda Barnhart
You've likely seen Amanda or her husband Adam around campus since they have four kids in the Pewaukee district: Jocelyn (class of 2031), Dawson (class of 2033), Lawton (class of 2035), and Preston (class of 2038). If you're doing that math, yes... they'll have one kid at each of the Pewaukee schools for a year! Amanda graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in accounting which she used in the public accounting world for several years. She currently serves as Board President for the local nonprofit Sunbeam Kids, an all volunteer-driven 501(c)(3) dedicated to organizing volunteer opportunities for families throughout the greater Milwaukee area. Amanda looks forward to bringing her nonprofit experience and enthusiasm for community-building to the Pewaukee PTO.
Lori Beguin
Lori and her husband, Ryan, have two children: Link and Kenzie. Originally from West Allis, Lori moved with her family to Pewaukee in 2021. Her career has been centered in the Telecommunications industry, where she has gained extensive experience in Customer Service, Sales, Analytics, Operations, and Project Management. In addition to her telecom career, Lori and Ryan own Lake Country Towing, a business that offers roadside assistance services. Outside of their professional lives, the Beguins enjoy spending time with their two dogs, Marley and Gracie. Lori is excited about her role on the PTO Board, eager to deepen her connections within the community.
Annie Stienstra
Annie and her husband, Matt, moved to Pewaukee in 2020. They have two daughters, Gigi and Ellie. Originally from Brookfield and Mukwonago respectfully, the Stienstras are excited to call Pewaukee home and for their girls to be Pewaukee Pirates! When she isn't taking her girls to dance or other activities, Annie works as a Paralegal at Husch Blackwell. She's a Marquette graduate and has always valued the spirit of community service and giving back. That's why she's excited to be involved in the PTO and be part of this amazing community and to support our kids and teachers.
