Pewaukee PTO Grant Program Summary

The Pewaukee PTO Grant Program is designed to support innovative educational and social experiences for students at Asa Clark Middle School, Horizon School, and Pewaukee Lake Elementary. These grants provide funding for impactful projects and materials that enhance student learning, promote creativity, and foster community engagement.

Our focus is on initiatives that:

​

  • Benefit a significant number of students
     

  • Align with the district’s educational goals
     

  • Demonstrate long-term value and reusability

​

​The fall grant application cycle is now closed. Applicants will be notified of the status of their request in October.​

​

Pewaukee PTO Grant Program

PTO grants are generally intended for classroom enhancements or resources that can be used repeatedly over time. Most grants awarded fall within the $200–$500 range. However, exceptional projects may be considered for additional funding.

Pewaukee PTO Large Projects

This application is intended for large-scale projects with a budget of $1,000 or more. Prior to submission, applicants must consult with their school administration to ensure the project aligns with school priorities and has administrative support.
